My mission is to help individuals heal the imprints of trauma that have shaped the way they breathe, feel, relate, and exist in the world—whether those imprints come from catastrophic events, childhood ruptures, or the countless subtle moments that taught the body to brace, shrink, or silence its own needs. I support people in meeting the parts of themselves that learned to survive by disconnecting—from their bodies, their emotions, their joy, and their deepest truth.
Through nervous system–based healing, I guide individuals back into an intimate relationship with themselves—where safety is felt rather than imagined, where the body no longer lives in anticipation of threat, and where long-held patterns of fear, collapse, or over-functioning can finally unwind. In this space, people begin to reclaim their innate capacity for presence, connection, aliveness, and self-expression.

Early experiences — including those from birth, infancy, and childhood — can leave lasting imprints on the nervous system, even if we don’t have conscious memories of them.
